The primary objective was to develop a cohesive and impactful brand identity for Totally Intrinsic Employment (TIE). This included defining the brand’s mission, voice, and value proposition, crafting a visually compelling logo and brand style guide, and creating foundational messaging to communicate TIE's unique offering. The goal was to lay the groundwork for a future website that would serve as an essential platform for engaging the TIE community and showcasing the program's support services and employment opportunities.
Nicole Speers approached Olive Graphics with a clear vision for Totally Intrinsic Employment (TIE) but needed help in crafting a strong brand identity and messaging that effectively communicated her mission. The newly developed brand identity has given Nicole confidence in moving forward with her project, knowing that she has a strong, purpose-driven foundation to communicate her vision and attract the right support. With these essentials in place, she is well-prepared to continue developing TIE, including creating an online platform that will provide much-needed resources and community for individuals navigating brain tumors and chronic illnesses.
To create a strong brand identity for Totally Intrinsic Employment (TIE), I started by understanding the client's vision and values through in-depth discussions. Our strategy was to reflect TIE’s holistic support for individuals with brain tumors and chronic illnesses in every brand element. I developed a mission and voice that resonated with TIE's commitment to well-being and meaningful work opportunities.
The visual identity, including the logo design, this was crafted with purpose: two intertwined cancer ribbons forming a heart to symbolise support and connection. The chosen colours - grey for brain cancer and purple for general cancer awareness - emphasise inclusivity. A comprehensive brand style guide was then created to ensure consistency across future materials.
